Nik’s journey prior to ActionCOACH was sales! He was consistently in the top 5% of performers nationally in sales in consumer finance.
He developed skills in Leadership & Management, to build teams so they achieved the same success.
He started his business to provide a life for him and his family through helping others to develop themselves and their business.
With this in mind, Nik became an ActionCOACH as he found his passion. He has been a Business Coach since 2015 and also had an Executive ActionCOACH to help get his business off to a flying since then.
Nik as well as our other in-house coaches have learnt from world class coaches such as Sir Clive Woodward and Prof Steve Peters (Ronnie O’Sullivan’s Coach). It’s all about consistent learning to further the development of you and your business.
Outside of coaching, Nik is a family man. Very similar to Marc, he is in a house full of women, a wife and three daughters! He loves cooking and to exercise. Making nice food and burning it off again. In his spare time he likes to do photography, socialising with family and friends and focus on property renovations.
