Marc is our Senior Coaching Director. He is a very driven individual who strives for client success and is passionate about coaching driven business owners to succeed their goals. He also has vast experience on running and managing teams of people to very tight deadlines, his key focus is business systemisation so owners can get their lives back.
Marc has been in business for 25 years which gives him the understanding of the needs of business owners and holds them accountable to make the right decision for them and their business. He has been on the ActionCOACH journey himself and his own business now operates very successfully without him.
Marc fully understands the emotions of running a business and has empathy for business owners but will not take any excuses that in turn will hold them back.
Marc is a family man being a husband, father, son and brother. With this in mind, he works very hard to keep a work life balance. He has always been a team player having a rugby background which he loved and within business.
The past few years, the company has grown quickly and Marc is immensely proud of the whole team of achieving this. Marc also trains new coaches into ActionCOACH as part of their certification process. This is a role that Marc loves as one with his so passionate about is building a great culture and having a fantastic environment around him.
Marc’s mission is to take business owners off their business roller coaster and help them structure a business that could work without them, so they can spend their time and their money in the way they want.
