Ian is a certified ActionCOACH with over 25 years’ experience of working with business owners. He has been a Chartered Management Accountant for over 20 years and has run his own accountancy practise for the past 18 years.
Ian has also been on the ActionCOACH Client Journey, similar to Marc, where he needed support in two main area’s.. Learning and understanding the strategic approach of growing a successful business and also, making sure he did the things he needed to do to move his business going forward. His coach was Kent Rhodes.
Kent changed the future of both his business and personal life. He helped Ian implement the strategies that would enable the business to grow in a strategic way whilst at the same time improve Ian’s quality of life and finding that right balance between work and family time.
The changes ActionCOACH made in Ian’s business and personal life has allowed him to become a real business owner and give him the time to pursue an exciting new career, Business Coaching. Supporting with all aspects of growing a successful business but who can specialise in Financial Coaching when is required.
Ian is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for the past 6 years having developed a passion for understanding the reason why business owners ‘do the things that they do’ or more importantly why business owners ‘don’t do the things that they should’!
Outside of work hours, Ian is a big family man. Having that work / life balance that every business owner should have, Ian spends his out of hours going out and enjoying the time with his lovely wife Nicola and 3 children.
